WHAT IS STRATEGIC FORESIGHT?

Strategic foresight is a strategic management tool and a discipline with which individuals, organisations and society look towards the future to anticipate what the future might hold.
It then empowers them to imagine several possible futures, to decide on a preferred future and to take action towards that preferred future.
